St Dominic's College

Saint Dominic’s College is a private secondary school operated by the Society of St Pius X in New Zealand, providing education to girls from Years 7 to 13.

Pupils at Saint Dominic’s College are offered a classical education that is centred on the Catholic Faith. Classes in Catholic Doctrine, Church History, Christian Ethics and Sacred Scripture take pride of place, and are supplemented by a curriculum which includes English, Mathematics, History, Science, Latin, French, Music, Home Economics and Physical Education. In Years 11 to 13 pupils obtain internationally recognised qualifications by following courses offered by Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), and thus gain entrance into tertiary institutes.

The Society of St Pius X is assisted by the Dominican Sisters of Wanganui in the teaching and management operations in the school.

We invite visitors interested in more information to read the prospectus: St. Dominic's Prospectus.
